Deana Burton, MSW

Clinical Supervisor

Deana has over 23 years experience in the field of mental health and substance abuse treatment.  Deana believes that healing is a collaborative endeavor that requires honesty without judgement.  She is a firm believer that there is not a one size fits all approach, rather than adopting one methodology for all individuals, Deana draws from a variety of methods to create a tailored approach for each individual and their specific issues. Deana as a therapist is loving, open and honest, she also believes laughter is sometimes the best medicine.

Deana graduated from Barry University with a MSW in 2003, she specializes in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing as well as solution focused therapy. Deana also supervises clinical staff at Victory in efforts to improve to the clinical programming and experience for clients.

Brieanne Buchalski

Admissions Supervisor

Brieanne grew up on Long Island, New York. She originally moved to South to Florida in 2015, to get help for her addiction and after discovering sobriety she knew she wanted to help others achieve the same. In her free time she enjoy doing anything that includes being in the sun and incorporating working out into her daily routine. Exercise has been a major part of her process of recovery. She’s worked in the field for almost 5 years in various roles from insurance and billing, client care and admissions. Her empathetic but no nonsense attitude is an asset to her role. She values being able to witness our clients go through the process from start to finish and experience the gift of the awakening, recovery is possible.

Kristina Martinez

Case Manager

Kristina has 6 years of experience in case management working with those who struggle from substance abuse and mental health. Her love and passion for the addicted comes from her own personal testimony. As the Case Manager, Kristina is a welcoming face with a warm and compassionate smile inviting all clients. She is able to provide support during that difficult time for not only to the client’s but their loved ones. In addition to managing the client’s external issues, she also guides them with aftercare planning, and assist with applying for supplemental nutrition assistance program. Kristina works closely with the administrative, clinical, and medical departments to ensure all needs are met for each individual.

Kimberly Eades, LPN

Nursing Supervisor

Kimberly brings 11 years of substance abuse and Psychiatric nursing experience, along with dry humor to the team at VRC. Being a natural nurturer and feeling drawn to this field by both personal and professional experiences. Kimberly has worked in detox, psychiatric institutions, neurocognitive hospitals, and finally recovery centers, where in her opinion the greatest and most rewarding challenges take place! Kimberly’s goal is to be the most empathetic nurse, showing patience and meeting clients where they are, so they can benefit from all that VRC has to offer, truly meshing medical and clinical teams. Kimberly attended nursing school in her native, Lexington, KY. then shortly after relocated to South Florida.

Reginald Collins, RCSW

Primary Therapist

Reggie attended seminary school where he received a bachelor’s degree in Theology, he later attended Florida Atlantic University where he received a master’s degree in social work. Reginald has devoted the past 5 years as a mentor for court ordered young men as well as an adult criminal justice intervention counselor helping clients overcome trauma, mood disorders, and substance use. Reginald is currently working as a group facilitator/therapist utilizing Motivational interviewing, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Solution-Focused therapy throughout the recovery process to encourage long-term recovery, health, and wellness. Reginald believes how people perceive themselves plays a major role in their well-being, whether they are expressing “good” behaviors and emotions or “bad” ones, all clients deserve support.

Paul Fisher, CRRA

Operations Manager

Paul was born in Ft. Lauderdale, FL but grew up in Washington State. He began his journey of recovery in 2014. He brings to Victory Recovery Center his experience of working in the field of addiction in multiple facets of the residential program over the previous years. Paul has worked as Residential Director for multiple years at other programs and he holds a Certified Recovery Residence Administrator with the State of Florida Certification Board and uses his passion for recovery to help the next sick and suffering addict or alcoholic.
